Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges are only available for the same style size and/or color. The exchange of a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
If the item received is defective or wrong:

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item ?
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com. A form to be completed will be sent to you by email, you will complete the form and you will submit it to us.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you notify us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product.
If you are shipping items for a return, we strongly suggest that you send the product back to us with a tracking number.
