Shipping of your order.

Delivery option:

Standard Delivery (Free): Product delivered between 4 and 7 days.

Packages are generally shipped after receipt of your payment. The products are delivered by Australia POST to your home.
 
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Order CutOff Time: 6 p.m. (AEST GMT+10)

In all cases, we (or our carrier) will call you to define a delivery window with you.

* RETURN CONDITIONS

If a product or article received does not give you complete satisfaction, you can of course return it to us.

You have 30 days to make a return to us, from the date of receipt of your package. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for all our instructions regarding returns and refunds.

Return acceptance conditions

In general, returned products must be in a perfect state of resale, folded in their original packaging with all possible accessories.
