Article 3: Price

The prices of the products sold through the Internet sites are indicated in Euros excluding taxes and precisely determined on the Product description pages. Article 4: Conclusion of the online contract

Article 5: Products and services

Article 7: Retention of title clause

The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.

Article 8: Terms of delivery

For consumer information purposes, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Code are reproduced below:

Article L. 217-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.
